APEXCapital is an operating company organized as a group of affiliated entities with specialized purposes designed to provide multiple products, services and solutions to our clients. We have created strategic business alliances with large state pension funds, endowments, national banks, accounting firms, real estate brokerage and appraisal firms. Since inception, APEXCapital has directly managed private and institutional equity commitments exceeding $460 million and debt commitments from several of the largest bank holding companies in the U.S. totaling $240 million. APEXCapital has provided real estate consulting services to banks and investment banking companies on real estate with an investment value of approximately $500 million.

Our management team includes real estate and finance professionals with over 150 years combined experience originating, managing and selling real estate investments throughout the United States. Benefiting from the synergy of over 15 years experience working together, the executive team has established APEXCapital as an industry leader in single-family residential lot option financing with many of the Nation’s top home builders. In addition to the team’s extensive prior work experience, APEXCapital has directly acquired and optioned over 6,100 lots with a finished cost basis of $370 million. The team has broad-based real estate acquisition experience ranging from entry-level housing developments to large-scale master planned developments, high density multifamily projects to luxury high rise condominium projects, and stand-alone office projects to downtown office towers.
